How do you fix Err_connection_reset in Windows 10 & 11?

1. Disable your antivirus and firewall

Antivirus and firewall tools are extremely useful if you want to protect your PC from malicious users and malicious software. But sometimes, these applications can interfere with your web browser and cause err connection reset errors to appear.

5. Disable proxy

  • Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar and select the top result.
